google hates me
no. not true. google does not hate me. but for a good few months i had the top spot when you searched for ‘henrie’ but this week i am number three, after a genealogy site, and the vampire don henrie (its the vampire that i hate getting beat by).
so. i can only assume it’s something to do with me not posting lately. maybe?
i have not posted lately, namely because a couple weekends ago was steve and rachels wedding, and i wanted to do a huge long post with tons of pictures.. but i dont have access to the pictures yet….
so im gonna tell you all about last friday. and maybe saturday.
my client had an eye appointment over on n. circle. when we got there, it was super confusing, the lady that greeted us was not able to tell us anything about our appointment, so we waited for this somewhat grumpy lady to get off the phone. after that it went pretty smoothly, she called the client to the back and i stayed behind to read some entertainment weekly from last year. after about 15 minutes, i was pretty sick of reading about movies i either didnt care about or already owned on dvd, so i start reading my david sedaris book, and this lady comes in with two teenage kids, a boy and girl. while the mom is filling out some kind of paperwork for their check in, the boy sits like 4 seats down from me, but the girl sits down right next to me, and keeps kinda staring. so i just continue to read my book, attempting to make no eye contact. after like 5 minutes, she gets up, walks out, and to her moms car i assume, because she came back with some kind of paperback, and again takes a seat right next to me. i start to feel a little bit of my social anxiety, so i then decide to go check on the client, and spend the rest of the time in the room with him, getting his eyes checked out.
