the annual pumpkin party. rsvp please.
today was my parents annual pumpkin party. i don’t exactly remember the number of years this has been going on, but it is fairly recent.
anyways. the number of people that came was pretty staggering. you could hardly move around my parent house without bumping into 10 people. i saw a lot of people that i hadnt seen in a long time. it was really nice talking with these people, remember the 2 day long game of axis and allies i played with Colm, the new ubuntu release, i dont know. lots of people. i talked with this gentleman there who used to run a casino in the 80’s or 70’s, he was pretty awesome, said next time i go to vegas he would take me to the neighborhood casinos, apparently they are pretty amazing, and better in a lot of ways than the ones on the strip or old town.
man. apparently opera and macs hate wordpress.. the editor anyways.
this is messy. and my curser is like 3 letters behind. oh well. after the pumpkin party colleen and myself went to her parents house where i finally got their wireless card working on the spare computer. apparently hawking technology’s website sucks really bad. they had a driver that didnt work for the wifi card, and then a revised one that did work.. but you had to search for it. so annoying.
but it is finally done. and im happy about it.
now i am listening to the beatles, thinking about how much the level design in yoshi’s island DS sucks.
really bad.
