what!?!? vegas!??!
so. this morning i get a call from the wyndham, they say i won a free trip to vegas, i dont believe it, but they tell me they got my name from a contest i entered in awhile back. the guy then tells me i have to sit through a 90 minute presentation. now. i am not that much of a fool. so i figure its going to be a time share presentation. but i also kind of want a free trip to vegas. so colleen and i decided to go to the 8 o clock pm presentation (the latest one), and apparently we did everything right, we were out in like just under an hour. the lady absolutely hated us. we just sat there, didnt interact with her, when she asked a question we would take forever to answer it. like she asked us our dream vacation, 5 minutes later we tell her we want to go to europe. she then asks where in europe, so we look at the map awhile, talk about it, then 5 minutes later were like, norway. every question we asked we discussed with each other for a long time. it was sweet. she was honestly getting so pissy at us, saying things like ‘i dont even know why you came’ to which we replied ‘free trip to vegas’
so anyways, after talking to her manager (who ended up standing up suddenly, and saying ‘have fun on the FREE trip were sending you on’ and leaving suddenly) we got a packet we send in, with 100 dollars for taxes or something. not sure on that part, but we get three days in vegas, with airfare. not a bad deal.
